The guy who came out today, did a WONDERFUL job !!!! He fixed the washer in 15minutes. Wow he was the third technician to come out in 7weeks ,I wish he was the first to come out , I had to buy a new washer $726.00 sears the wait was entirely too long!!!!

He was in communication re arrival timing and helped to fix an appointment error by Sears' new computer appointment system which in my experience is a huge waste of time and very inefficient. He was knowledgeable about my appliances, articulate, courteous and friendly. Give him a raise!

Sagar was so helpful and even provided useful tips to ensure a longer life for my refrigerator.

Had the right part on truck, was very familiar with the problem and how to fix it. Nice to have an ice maker that works again. Note this is the 5th replaced ice maker!

Bobby was Knowledgeable, polite, and taught me things that I didn’t know. What remains difficult is that it would be much better for the inspections of my 10 appliances to be on one day. The messages on text are also very confusing. After Bobby finished checking 8 appliances and left, I received 3 messaged that my technician was on the way, very confusing and no way to communicate that to anyone. Thanks.
