Great tech. Personable however he took one of my towels with him. If it was a normal towel I would not be talking about it here, but this was yellow kind of fuzzy and a really good soak up towel. Would love to have it back.

Jeff was personable. He replaced two parts in my dishwasher. Unfortunately after he left I discovered that the dishwasher wouldn't turn on so now I'm scheduled for my third appointment.

You said on-line and phone , he would arrive betwwen 10:30-10;45.am He didn't come until after 1:30pm. WE were onm edge waiting. What cAN you do better: give better accuracy ion uyou arrival times. This has happened more than once.
