Jeff was personable. He replaced two parts in my dishwasher. Unfortunately after he left I discovered that the dishwasher wouldn't turn on so now I'm scheduled for my third appointment.

You said on-line and phone , he would arrive betwwen 10:30-10;45.am He didn't come until after 1:30pm. WE were onm edge waiting. What cAN you do better: give better accuracy ion uyou arrival times. This has happened more than once.

The tech was very good but Sears does not have the parts for an Electrolux Icon Range!

The technician was wonderful - efficient, competent, knowledgeable, and solved the problem. He deserves 5 stars. But the company let him and me as a customer down with misleading automated texts. The idea looks good repeatedly providing text reminders, in my case, that the technician would be there today 8-12. We planned our day around it. But in today’s reminder the link showed the technician’s ACTUAL schedule which was arriving 1-1:30. 8-12 was apparently just my preferred I initially selected — which was never relayed to the technician. I could have been upset at the technician but it’s really a gap between whoever programs the automated texts and real life. Not hard to fix if you care about better customer service.
