My stovetop needs a replacement switch for one burner. After ordering the part, your service person cancelled the repair because he did not feel that he could remove the glass top without breaking it. The glass top was installed by Sears some years ago. I cannot believe that Sears appliance repair organization is incapable of removing the top without breaking it. Up-date: I subsequently hired an appliance repair firm that removed the glass top and replaced the defective switch.

First appointment was a no-show. Second appointment technician was courteous and professional but 1 of the 2 washers serviced was not working when next used. Still trying to connect with him to get the work done properly.

Technicians have always been great. But their phone center has a lack of proper communication and follow-up. Had to contact 7 on your side to finally get proper customer service. Appointments canceled without notice. Website not properly updating arrival of parts. No call back from supervisor when promised. No emails when promised. Dryer out of commission for 6 months because of their lack of proper customer service.

The technician was very nice but he didn’t follow up with me with the part that he said he would order. I was waiting for more than 4 weeks for the update. Ended up I need to call my insurance for update. Found out nothing was submitted to my insurance. So the time I was waiting was wasted and I need to start all over the claim again.

DO NOT USE!! SAVE YOURSELF!! Horrible experience. Technician never finished the repair. Vikram Dutta is his name. He ordered a 20 dollar part and charged me over 210 dollars. My dryer still doesn't work despite him say it was fixed. He told me if I have issues, text him and he'll come back to look at it. He continued to lie about when he would come then stopped answering. The customer service is a joke. It is fully AI and leaves no way to file a complaint or seek resolutions.

This is the worst home warranty Service ever. I scheduled my original appointment on January 4th They came out, did the assessment ordered parts for my washing machine, when they came to do the repair it still didn’t work. They ordered more parts, came back the following week to install the parts, it still didn’t work. I have had 13 scheduled appointments in the last six weeks. Seven times someone came to my house and six times they were a no-show. I can never get in touch with anyone and on the off chance that you can get someone other than the AI agent they never have any answers for you. Sears makes sure they take your monthly fee out for warranty services. Also made sure they took the $129 Deductible. I really just wish they would make sure they fixed my washing machine. I definitely feel scammed. This is also not the first bad experience I have had with Sears home repair services
