Stop! Don't hire these people!!! The service from Patricio was terrible. We called him out because of a leak in our water dispensing system and that the drain was clogged and it needed to be defrosted. He refused to even look at the water leak, gave us a quote for $1,000 to replace two door gaskets and a defrost the refrigerator. He charged us $129 to give us a bid that didn't solve the problem and refused to even look at the water leak. We called another company who came out same day and charged us $450 to do the repairs and he ordered us new gaskets included. Requesting help from Sears customer service number is a circular AI conundrum. Their AI chatbot tells you to call the toll free number for refund assistance. Their AI phone operator tells you to go to the website and request refunds and that they can't help you at the phone number. The website has no options for customer service except their AI chatbot who again tells you to call the toll free number. Clearly, Sears is a rip off.

Not good. Tech broke the water line to the fridge and made a big mess. Barely cleaned it up and told me to call a plumber. Because he can’t fix it. So frustrating

He did NOT complete the repair, took my part, said he would return it and I would get credit. None of that happened. He completely falsified the report and said he completed the repair. Disputing the charges. He ripped me off.

Terrible service. The technician asked for my private wi-fi secured password within 1 minute of introducing himself. I declined due to security purposes and he immediately walked out of my house with no explanation. He didn’t offer any alternatives or even attempt to be helpful.

I had scheduled for a repair and was given April 2. Nobody showed up from Sears nor did anyone call to say why no technician showed up. Then again on April 9, the same thing happened and no technician showed up for the appointment. Today April 17 Bobby showed up. I am very frustrated with Sears Protention Agreement services.
