They cancelled my appointments 3 times before the sent someone to install the parts. The repair took almost one month to complete. I tried getting a hold of a live person many times and was promised a callback many times but never received one so I’m never ever using Sears again to repair anything. I had used them for over 20 years but NEVER AGAIN!

The first time the technician came out, they misdiagnosed the problem. So my dryer got a new belt and rollers and I paid around $500 but it didn't fix the problem. Next time around they diagnosed it correctly but because of the age of the dryer, one can't get a needed replacement part, so I need a new dryer.

Technician Maria would lie about coming to my home and saying I was not home on multiple occasions resulting in getting rescheduled since late November. Yesterday she did not show up for scheduled appointment and I received a text to rate technician, falsely claiming she completed service…extremely disappointed on behavior from this technician truly unacceptable.

The tech was great getting the parts and a tech to our home was a nightmare. We were rescheduled on multiple occasions due to the parts not arriving on time. Then when all the parts finally arrived I called and received an appointment, I drove all the way from the central valley just to receive a message the day of the appointment that the tech had been rescheduled due to parts not arriving. When I called I was told that I didn't call even though I had the appointment in my phone calendar from the message sent by them. I was the told it would be two more weeks before they could get someone out to perform the repairs. At this point our fridge has been out for almost a month. I don't think you all truly care about your customers. I explained that I took off work and drove up from the central valley and all I got was "I understand, can you be at your home 1 week from now, will that work for you"? I normally do not complain but clearly there is something a miss here. If I treated my customers like this they would not use my services for long. Sorry, I digress. I hope you all figure out the breakdown in your processes.

I waited two weeks for an appointment to install a new part for my microwave only to learn on the day of the appointment that the part was supposed to be sent to me, rather than to the repair person. The repair person called and then told me I have to wait for 10 more days to find out if the part is even covered by the home warranty company. Couldn't that have been disclosed up front?

Maria, was an amazing tech and she went above and beyond to help me! The problem was the sears home warranty company . They sent us to three different departments and none of the, provided any help! Maria spent an hour with Sears trying to get the model number of my stove, it had worn off during the 10 years of ownership. The on line / sear home warranty experience a very frustrating including get hung up on several times. Maria finally got me a discount code so that I did not get stuck paying for an unproductive diagnostic visit. Sear’s you have to do better supporting customers after selling a warranty

The service guy, told me nothing truthfully, I needed this and that, the only thing made sense was I need a mother board because he couldn’t remove the screws, the visit was $129.50 to come out after refusing the repairs. I was told to repair my washer the price was $1500, I decided to go a different route. I called the whirlpool services, they came out remove the screws and service my machine for $150. My washer is working great. Sear is a big money scam, using the Sears name to get your business. The scam is to lock you in for one year, on your first visit you’ll buy out of pocket. After they charge your first service visit fee and the one year commitment, you tell me who’s winning. This is a home invasion robbery with no gun.Sear is making that bankruptcy money back.
