THIS GUY IS SO RUDE - HE COMES TO YOUR HOUSE AND SPENDS MOST OF HIS TIME WRITING UP REPORTS AND ASKING FOR SIGNATURES AND THEN WHEN LOOKS AT YOUR APPLIANCE HE SENDS INCOMPLETE REPORTS THAT THE WARRANTY COMPANY CANNOT ACTION.

He had been drinking and first wanted to charge me $300.+ for ding nothing and I protested. He was here for ,20 minutes and didn't do nothing I paid him in protest. This was terrible. Plus he was late!

Technician assured me that cleaning the unit would resolve the problem. He cleaned the filter and instructed me to run 2 cycles unloaded before running a dirty load. I did that. Unit still did not clean dishes.

The service technician stay there was possible neglect or abuse that caused the microwave to malfunction. This made it so that choice home warranty denied the claim. There was no specific signs of that damage.

I recalled Sears to fix my cooktop. The technician Jeff did not fix the cooktop and promise that he will order a new part and schedule a new appointment. But he never did it.

I had a service window of 10-2. Technician never showed. No text, no email, no updates whatsoever from Sears. Nonetheless, at 4pm I got a notification that my service was completed. It was impossible to reach Sears on the phone to find out what happened. You cannot get a real person no matter what button you press.Total waste of a day and no resolution. Plus, the technician sent a signed repair estimate as if he had made the call and diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and got my signature - totally fraudulent. I now have to get a refund from my home warranty and wait another two weeks for repair. DO NOT USE SEARS!!!!
