Dishwasher flooded my kitchen after tech took door apart

I have not received any details from him my fridge is still broken

I had a service window of 10-2. Technician never showed. No text, no email, no updates whatsoever from Sears. Nonetheless, at 4pm I got a notification that my service was completed. It was impossible to reach Sears on the phone to find out what happened. You cannot get a real person no matter what button you press.Total waste of a day and no resolution. Plus, the technician sent a signed repair estimate as if he had made the call and diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and got my signature - totally fraudulent. I now have to get a refund from my home warranty and wait another two weeks for repair. DO NOT USE SEARS!!!!
