Total professionalism. Timely notifications of service, estimates, and payment method. It is so difficult nowadays to trust appliance repair businesses. Sears Appliance Repair were totally honest and gave us honest upfront estimates. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and performed his work in very expedient manner. Rob was amazing! After 5 different technicians finally got someone who went above and beyond to get my dryer working! I’m so appreciative of him and making sure he didn’t leave until my issue was finally resolved. If only he would have came out the first time I wouldn’t have been without a dryer for 3 months.
