Robert the Technician
Robert came into my home and was very professional during his diagnosis of my refrigerator. But, Robert found that the compressor was not working and unfixable which meant he (Robert) was unable to fix the refrigerator. Robert proceeded to let me know that Sears Insurance would be reaching out soon and letting know what the next situation will be with my refrigerator. Thank you for sending Robert to my home. Upset customer
Enrique the technician was very helpful and got my fridge fixed. However, I did have a really bad experience, trying to get a hold of a live person when calling Sears to let them know I had received all my parts to my refrigerator. It was very frustrating Talking to an AI. That was no help.. I had my parts for three weeks Just sitting in my house and I wasn't able to get through an AI to get a technician here at my house to fix my fridge. And then I would still get texting from sears saying that one of my parts was in back Order, and that was a lie cause it was in my house. So, basically, I had to wait for my scheduled appointment.
