Our repairman, Robert, was on time, called ahead to let us know he was coming and expected time. He was courteous and efficient. Great job, thank you, Robert. He is the only reason I still do business with Sears.

The tech was extremely friendly. When the part we needed was not okay he called a friend who brought him one that worked. He then fixed the washer and left. All in all just a little over an hour.
