Efficient but very expensive

The technician Ryan called ahead and showed up on time. Even though the washer was covered on protection plan, it turned out leakage problem was in the wall. Ryan explained this was outside of the plan. Nevertheless he checked everything and pinpointed the exact problem. He was very courteous and professional.

Cost to replace pump in Kenmore Dishwasher was 1/2 of the original list price and more that 2/3 of the sales price at purchase in July 2018. And that was after 15% off coupon was graciously found by the very good repairman. 4 stars plus for the repairman.
