Christopher appeared to be very knowledgeable in fixing my refrigerator as opposed to Jim or Rene. Christopher on a 1-5 rating gets a 5 (the best). However, It took 8-days to get fixed. Scheduling through your AI, was terrible. I never rescheduled, but each day after waiting on a scheduled appointment, (a couple of hours), I would receive a text saying, at your request we rescheduled your appointment to so and so date. I was unable to get around the AI and unable to speak to a real LIVE person. So, overall the whole process Stinks as does your service. With that being said, I hope you feel my frustration in dealing with your service. Rating Sears Appliance Service on a 1-5 rating, I give it a 1, and that is primarily because of my being unable to communicate or complain to a Real Live Person. I couldn’t even get another phone number from the techs, but thank you for finally getting it fixed. Thank you Christopher. David Hoth

This has been an ongoing issue for over 2 months. We are on a Master Protection Agreement. The part needed is no longer made. A search went out for a used, salvaged part. When part arrived, we were accused by Robert, it was the old part and we tried to install it ourselves - never happened, we would have no idea how to install. Plus we were told it was roach infested. It was the part sent by Sears Repair. That part ended up not working either. Our original part was taken out and sent in to be re-conditioned and redone. In the meantime we were told our machine could use new balancing parts, which were ordered and sent to us. They were not installed until seeing if machine could be fixed and usable. Again, Robert accused us of opening package and re-taping, which I did tape after service tech had opened, so small parts did not fall out. Robert seemed very knowledgeable, but had no customer service appeal. Our previous tech was knowledgeable, kind, empathetic about the length of time we had to deal with this. This is an older machine, but have been on a protection agreement for a very long time. The washing machine is now fixed finally. The customer service leaves a little bit of question regarding their care and concern over our whole issue and timing. Nothing like years ago. Very sad.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have had to have my refrigerator looked at due to cooling issues. I'm constantly having to throw away spoiled food. The service technician says it's due to poor circulation and there isn't anything he can do. There is also constantly ice build up on one side of the fridge which causes mold to form. I have never had this many issues with one fridge. So disappointed!!!!

The last technician knew what he was doing and was able to fix our washing machine and it works perfectly. He was great, knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. However the tech who came out before him broke the new part and left us without a washing machine for 10 days. He clearly did not understand what he was doing.

I have always had no issues with the repairs but this time it was totally frustrating. Had an appointment on Friday after Thanksgiving for repair to frig from 1 - 5 no one showed up no one called. Via chat discussed all my repair issues and was given another appointment for the 29th 1-5 no one called and no one showed up. Starting to feel like they are short of people and have poor communications. Have an appointment on the 7th. This is really sad as we have been on this maintenance program for 25 years and have always been happy with the techs and the service.
