The service technicians themselves are very good. The big problem is not only the 10 days it takes to get a technician out but their terrible scheduling. Sears told me the technician would be at my home between 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. I took a half day off of work and at 11:30 I called Sears and the automatic system told me the technician would be at my house at 2:15 p.m. I contacted a live person and complained and the technician showed up at 1:15. When the tech was at my house he said the dispatch tried to put 2 more service calls in front of mine. So their scheduling dept is the ridiculous inconsiderate dept. That is the department that needs to be completely re-organized.

My problem was that the top freezer door did not close completely and freely. Technician replaced part and said this is as good as it gets. He was very condescending. He was NOT customer service oriented.

4 overhauls on the same machine still not working???!!!!!really

We had three (3) repair people come to our home, with in a 4 week period. The freezer part of the refrigerator is still not working. It was working better before they came out to fix it. Needless to say I'm not very happy with Sear's appliance repairs. Unhappy customer .

After 5 weeks and 4 technicians later they finally got my dryer fixed, the only problem I had with the last technician that came to fix my dryer also took parts for my convection oven, that I had been waiting on for a week and had another technician on his way to fix my oven, when he showed up there was no parts for him to fix, because the technician prior to him had stolen them. He knew the part was not to my dryer but to my oven yet he took the parts anyways. I don't trust them in my house unsupervised and I watch every move they make!

FOUR visits for the same issue and problem still not resolved. Nearly two months with a new dishwasher that does not work. Need I say more.

Technician incorrectly charged me for both the appearance fee AND the repair fee when I was specifically told that the appearance fee would be applied to the repair fee if I accepted the repair work. I tried to fix but only got the run around. RIDICULOUS!!! I will never use them again!
