Enrique was great. Trying to get the refrigerator repaired was Terrible they kept changing my appointment all via emails could never speak to a real person. You sent repairman Jim out three times and he could not fix it. First he dismantled it after ordering new parts during the Thanksgiving holidays next time he came out he installed parts he ordered only to discover they were the wrong parts great now no refrigerator during the Christmas holidays so we waited another month until now the second week of February finally got it repaired thanks to Enrique. Your system for making appointments is atrocious, Terrible, and many more negative adjectives.
