Glenn and the other two techs worked for hours on Mon and finished on Wed. It was very hot outside while they worked on my air conditioner. Glenn kept me informed about what was going on and about my options. My airco was not cooling my mobile home and I think, I hope, we have solved the problem. Thank you Glenn and company for your outstanding efforts.

He was a little late, but went right to work and found the problem and corrected it quickly. Machine now works great.

He had a detailed report and tried very hard to get my dish washer panel fixed. He even got on the phone with the manufacturing company to figure out a solution.
