Pleasant, knowledgeable technician who repaired the dryer quickly after showing me what was causing the problem. Fixed a problem with the washer while he was there as well. The whole thing was done in less than a half hour.

Sears Appliance has always been, for me, excellent. The technician is always knowledgeabe, efficient and polite. I am always satisfied. They know what they're doing, the first time out.
