The technician, David ,was excellent and I will request him again. I am not happy in the fact that I had to wait more than 2 weeks for the tech to come for the repair. I had to have him come back because a previous repair from a different tech didn't hold. That was better than one month for 2 visits to my home. Sears, hire more techs.

The Sears repair person for my Kenmore washer an dryer. And my refrigerator did an excellent job. He was well groomed. Pleasant and professional personality he seem to be very knowledgeable About his work. And completed his work in a good time span. He is an asset to your company representing Sears.
