Service was on time and service technician was polite, courteous and professional.

Repairman was in and out - fixed issue - no complaints.

After seven weeks we finally had our washer and dryer fixed. It took this long because the parks ordered were wrong or didn't work. Very unexceptable. The repair people were very nice.

I have had Sears service my Kenmore dryer for about 15 maybe more years. They always do a great job of opening it up and cleaning it out. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my dryer is not a fire hazard . Dryer is gas and the build up of lint in the places I can't get to is scary thanks to Sears I don't have to be concerned!
