Our technician was efficient, pleasant and helpful.

The service technician was excellent. This was the second time that Sears had been to our home. The first technician said basically it was our fault LOL for the water/ice dispenser not working due to juice or soda splash. I knew that wasn't the case due to we don't drink soda and we usually fill our glasses first before adding liquid. The second tech stated that there was something wrong with the dispensers on this fridge. He replaced everything with new parts. I'm so happy & now we won't have any spills of water or ice on the floor. 😀

The repair person came on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote and did the repair really fast. The ice maker is now working perfectly. Thanks!
