Very knowlegeble man. Repaired and replaced ice bucket for future use in case have problem. Kind and wonderful service done. Excellent ice cubes available instantly.

Our repairman, Robert, was on time, called ahead to let us know he was coming and expected time. He was courteous and efficient. Great job, thank you, Robert. He is the only reason I still do business with Sears.
