Excellent service, ontime, very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Best service we have had yet regarding the issue with our refrigerator not being cold or working properly! This was the 3rd service company to come out for this problem. Very satisfied!

* Technician was a class act and fixed my washer quickly. The technician arrived on time and explained the problem the washer was having and also explained how he fixed the washer. Thank you for whoever hired him.

Mike, the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to complete the job when 3 other technicians were not able to do so. He also explained thoroughly what he did and how to maintain our washing machine.

*The work was well done. Instead of a thank you I'll note that we had to move our dryer ourselves rather than the technicians so the technicians had access to the washing machine. This should have been part of the service. What if it had been someone incapable of moving a dryer? It is unconscionable to do that to people.
