Horrible service! We called to have our Dryer repaired. Technician showed up as scheduled on a Friday afternoon. Technician changed a part and said ok its fixed. Shortly after leaving, my wife put a load in the dryer and it had the same problem of a load noise. I immediately called sears appliance repair and told them that the technician never fixed the problem and that I need someone back out immediately. The person on the phone told me that someone would call me within 24 hrs to let me know when the technician would be out. Well 24 hrs came and went and no technician or phone call. I called sears again and explained the whole situation and the person on the phone transferred me to the department that handles the technicians and that person told me that she couldn't schedule a technician until the initial job had closed in the computer which would be Monday morning when the technician turned the jobs in. I asked to speak to a supervisor as I was Pissed at this point and the person on the phone told me that there where no supervisors available on the weekend. Person told me to call Monday a.m which I did. Again I have to explain the situation to another person on the phone and I tell her I need someone Today. What does this person tell me, that a technician would be to my house on February 9. I told her that it was unacceptable. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor gets on the phone and I was less than pleasant. I had to explain the whole Dawm situation again and at the end of the explaination she told me February 9 was the soonest date someone could get out. I explained to the supervisor that I am a service manager in a service industry and if I told my customer that I couldn't come back out for 10 days, they would cancel service with my company. I told her that I wanted to speak to a manager and she put me on hold. When she got back on the phone, she told me good news, we can get a technician out today. Frikin amazing! It took all that B.S. to get someone out. Horrible! Go somewhere else for your service. Once my machine is fixed properly, I will never use sears as my service provider again!

I was very unsatisfied with the price. I was told $255.00 if the part was not under warranty. The part was $89.00. It was covered by warranty but I was still charged $253.00. When I asked the service guy he said that was the labor charge. Unsatisfied with that response because I was told that was the price including part price. Big difference!!

Sears Service company is the worse that I have ever dealt with. The service person told me he know exactly what the problem with our oven would be and after the second try to fix the oven he said that it couldn't be fixed. Sears also said on the first call out that if we bought the Home Warrantee and if the oven would be covered if it couldn't be fixed and that was a LIE. The Service Tech also told us that the cost of the parts installed would be credited back to us since the oven wasn't fixed, another LIE. TRIED TO DO NO STARS FOR SEARS BUT IT WON'T LET IT POST SO YOU GET 1 STAR BY DEFAULT.

Right after the technician gave our A/C system a clean bill of health, we discovered a big leak of cold air into our garage. We will be calling for a return and fix of the problem. In the current heat our A/C is nearly useless.

Don't ever go with Sears for home installations head Sears install air mini splits in my whole house got the warranty how to make a service call technicians came out 3 times Sears told me on the phone that their technicians were certified when they got to my house they knew nothing about the mini split worst customer service ever

This was a real nightmare. Sears is great at calling you and offering repair coverage, but when it comes time to do the work, it never gets finished. We had coverage on our water heater. As is the norm, we called to get it fixed, and the repair man was not able to come out until the next week. They never mention that when they sell you the coverage. The repair man looked at the water heater, and decided it needed to be replaced Unfortunately the replacement water heater is on back order, and wouldn't be available for a month. The repair service allowed us to go out and buy a replacement which they would reimburse us for. When we bought the replacement another install crew was sent out to put the water heater in. They told us it could not be done unless we paid another $700. We argued with them, and the price went down to $500. In the end, they were unable to install the water heater. Long story short, it has been 3 weeks, and our old water heater still needs to be replaced. DON'T PURCHASE THEIR SERVICE PLANS. YOU WON'T GET ANY SERVICE.

Very frustrated. Ice maker still not working after 2 phone calls and a tech visit. And now I have to wait 2 1/2 weeks for someone to come again!!
