The gentleman told me to call a plumber and left without checking to see if there was an additional problem

We were without a refrigerator for almost two months because Sears kept ordering the wrong compressor. Three appointments were made, one of which the Tech was sick and the appointment was rescheduled two weeks out. By far the worst experience dealing with a repair company.

Our refrigerator was broken for just over 5 weeks. Because it was a Kenmore/LG fridge, only sears could work on it. The problem is that Sears can't get a service technician out to look at the fridge for 2.5 weeks. When they finally came out, they had to order parts, they didn't carry the common part that usually breaks on my fridge. that took another 2.5 weeks. I will never EVER purchase anything from Sears ever again, and I'll never purchase a Kenmore/LG product again if Sears is the only one capable of servicing the appliance. ***UPDATE*** It took Sears Repair ONE MONTH to respond to my 1 star review. That's the same amount of time it took for them to come out and fix my fridge. Way to be on top of things guys!

This was the 2nd repair still have same trouble will be calling back for 3rd repair... also I’m calling back for the 4th repair on my dryer! Not happy with repairs😡

took 6 visits from Dec.24 til Jan.15 to get it done. search man said it was fixed and I wasted more food each time. Had no extended warranty because Sears tec would not fix my oven because my husband unplugged it. My refrig was only 3yrs old and not paid for. the one before that only lasted 8 years. each over the 2000.00! I have went to social media about Sears shaddy works!

The tech was very nice and courteous , he inspected my refrigerator door tried to fix it but determined that a new door would be the solution. He stated that he would have Sears order a new door. This was on June 26. today July 8th i still had not heard back from anyone. I called the number the tech left me on his card. TECHNOYAN APPLIANCE REPAIR. contractor for Sears. The nice person that i spoke to Emilia, stated it that they had contacted Sears part dept and the door for my fridge was no longer a stocked or made model. That they surged state wide and couldn't find a door. They were now surging nation wide and she would advice upon hearing something from Sears. At this point not a happy customer, since i can dispense water from my fridge. hopefully Ill hear something soon.

I bought the sears warranty on a refrigerator. I bought the fridge back in 2006 always serviced. They replace the motor one time ice maker many times. But in December the light fixer broke and coused a short. The repair man said not repairable they ordered a epoxy and fell off. They said a replacement was in order I have been calling sears benefit for the past 5 months till this day not resolved. It takes 2.5 hrs to connect only to tell me that they escalade the concern to their manager. Well it used to be a great experience but went down hill in customer service and support. Im only hope we can resolve this issue before the renewal of the warranty period.

Did not honor my Master Protection Agreement! They were/are suppose to replace my washer. Parts were ordered by Sears on 6/30/20 and it's now 10/19/20 and I'm still without a functioning washer. I have called multiple times and all they want to do is set up an appointment for repair but I still don't have all the required parts (10) needed!
