The technician was very professional. He explained the troubleshooting process he was going to do on my dryer. He disassembled the dryer very quickly. Quickly troubleshooting the problem and found the cause. Vacuumed the interior of the dryer, then installed the repair part and reassembled the dryer and tested it. The technician was very good and I would use him again. He also performed preventative cleaning service on my washing machine.

Logan was very nice knew exactly what was wrong after he looked and tested washer really personable person got washer up and running fast and explained everything as he was working on machine would definitely want him him back if anything else is wrong

Microwave not fixed but case closed. It was half functioning before. Now it is fully broken after technician made some changes. He said he will come back but he never did. Please reopen this case. Above feedback for previous tech. This guy is seasoned. He fixed it very nicely. Five star rating for him. He also confirmed that previous service tech has connected it wrong and as a result, full power is gone. Please make sure you train them properly.

Very pleased with the final results and arriving on time. The tech really knew his stuff and went to work right away, was able to fix our problem with minimal effort and took time to make sure all was working well and operational. Like his service and the fact he knew what he was doing.
