Showed up ahead of schedule. Was clean and professional and went to work assessing the water leak and any other areas on need or repair/replace. Explained that the work needed to get the washing machine back into service would be a higher cost than replacement. Gave us good advice on which brands he recommended and locate to shop.

Fixing washer
He was very knowledgeable he did what he could to drain the water in the washer. But the part is unavailable to be fixed. I am happy with his service and help but unfortunately the problem is not solved. I am very upset with the repair department I spoke with them and told my situation it seems like the department was not able to solve my situation. I have bought the warranty package and I need a new washer please.

Didn't inform me that, they don't take cash after I went to the ATM . When he called I told him that I needed to go and get cash from the ATM. He stated he missed that part of the conversation. In the future let your customers know when calling to set the appointment.

COOK TOP REPAIR
MATTHEW IS NICE PERSON, HOWEVER I DON'T THINK HE KNOW HOW TO WORK ON THE COOK TOP. PERSON WHO WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KNEW WHAT TO DO WITH IT, IT WAS UNFORTUNATE PART THAT WAS SENT WAS PAD. HE ORDERED A NEW PART TO BE INSTALLED TODAY. TODAY SERVICEMAN DISMANTELLED THE OLD SWITCH & COULD NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED DUE TO SWITCH BEING SMALLER SIZE. COULD NOT STOP THE CIRCUT BREAKER TO TRIP. FROM 5 BURNERS WORKING TO COOKTOP CAN'T EVEN TURN ON IS GOING 10 STEPS BACKWORJ. PLEASE HELP
