Our technician Dabo went over and above what any technician has ever done. At first, We didn’t realize the refrigerator had been freezing more and more as the week went on. Most Everything on the shelves froze. He said the thermostat went out. He found the part for our 34 year old Kenmore side by side refrigerator and had it delivered. Then, he returned later in the day and installed it!!!!!🪅

Our technician was great, but A&E and Sears Home Services are the worst! 0 stars for them A technician was scheduled to service our refrigerator 4 times and every time they were to come, our appointment was canceled except for the last one. We would stay home for the promised time frame (4 hours each time) for them only to cancel. We'd been without our freezer and refrigerator for 3 weeks 😢. The reason they kept canceling was they said the parts had not been delivered. We have had the parts since October 30, 2024 and they also got notification from the tracking number they received. This is the most unprofessional company I have worked with. They should be ashamed of themselves for what they put us through.

I had a good experience. The technician arrived early in the window of time, diagnosed and explained the sound problem right away. He proceeded to fix the problem in the 20-minute time estimation he gave me. He also flushed my water heater which wasn’t part of the deal. Thank you!!
