Adam, who came out for the repair, is a knowledgeable tech who took his time to diagnose, make the repair and explain everything. Very fair and honest. He even gave me some maintenance tips for the future. Easy scheduling and availability too. Thanks!

This service availability was great. There were several immediate openings and there appeared to be no difference in diagnostic service on weekends versus weekday. The tech arrived promptly at the estimated time with a courtesy call and 30 minute notice of arrival time. He came in was very professional, prompt and confident with his diagnosis. The service he performed was quick and efficient- he tested and re-tested and resolved the issue easily. He also took care moving items and cleaned up after himself. My issue was resolved and a thorough description of the issue was explained in terms I could easily understand. I would recommend this service, as they stand by their workmanship and assured me if the fir some reason the problem persisted I could arrange for them to come back.
