Logan was awesome! He came the first time and assessed the problem quickly then insisted he be the one to come back and complete the repair. I think he would be an asset to any company. Plus, he’s super fun to talk to.😊

He’s good but didn’t realize my dishwasher is leaking. It wasn’t leaking before he arrived. He came back same day and fixed the leak.yay

I would rate my experience as positive. The Technician arrived quickly in the time window provided. He was prompt in starting his work on our dishwasher and was quick in completing the repair. The cost seemed a little pricey, but given the quick response and being in the middle of the Christmas season we were happy to get it completed quickly.
