The Tech was Honest and Professional, just what I expected

I have never been happier to have called Sears for repair of my hot water heater. My part was covered and the install was very reasonable. But mostly the repairman Frederick went out of his way, found the part locally and came back the same day and installed it. I hope Sears appreciates the great technicians they have!.

Conrad was super professional, and did a great job explaining what she was doing. Also, even though it was a late appointment he did not rush, and he was very thorough.
