Our technician, Logan, was incredibly courteous and end efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the necessary steps needed to complete my repair. All the while fielding questions from my very inquisitive grandson.

He was the only one who figured out how to fix my Microwave. Turned out it was the parts they originally sent. He was so smart and efficient. Very nice too.

Repairman was great. I was very disappointed to pay $129 for a one minute tray removal from back of refrigerator . It is not his fault your company is so greedy for money. Will not use you again
