Allen was great and fixed our dryer. He ordered a part and when it came in, he installed it and the dryer works perfectly. We had our first scheduled follow up appointment on 7/9 from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and received confirmation email. No one showed up and I was not notified by Sears. I called Sears and they said to reschedule. This was very frustrating. Had to set up a second appointment, and then Allen showed up. I asked him what happened to our last appointment, and he said he was not aware of any other appointment. I'm not sure what happened, but it was very frustrating as I waited the entire window of time on 7/9 and no response from Sears as to what happened.

Deep A,
Danville, CAFast and efficient
Technician called morning if to give approx ETA and then followed up immediately before driving over. Issue was quickly identified as a loose door gasket. He completely pulled it off, washed it in the sink, reapplied it and used a heat gun to help it secure more snuggly.
