I have not tried washing dishes yet, however, while Patrick was here he was able to clear the problem and gave me excellent advice, something I was not ware of, which made him very knowledgeble of the problem.

Desmond came on time ,answered all my questions and did the required job .He was polite and pleasant . However Sears service was disappointing .technician who was suppose to come day before for the same service did not show up or call .when i finely connected with some one in the service call department they have no idea what happened .
