Gary was on top of his communication, keeping us informed of his ETA 14 min ahead of his arrival. Promptly followed up explaining the issue and the fix he did with additional maintenance activities needed to be taken care of at our end. Overall excellent customer service and attention to details!

Alvin is very pleasant and thorough. He came to install a part ordered by our first technician. Unfortunately the original part tested positive so it was not replaced. The chirping and growling sounds would not occur during the visit, but he did his best.

Jeff provided good service after being advised "what" needed to be done. He was apprehensive at first, almost like he didn't want to do the work. Then when it was explained to him what needed to be done, he understood and agreed to do the work. I as a customer should not have to explain this to him. But in the end, he got it working. Which is all I wanted in the first place.

Alvin explained the dishwasher malfunction, but due to my understanding him -I am rating him less than 100%. He appeared to take a longer time to handle the repair than I have experienced before. In fact, a Sears repair guy came out in November to check out the leakage issue and it appeared he was done in a timely manner.
