Sagar quickly diagnosed the issue (the first repair had a cracked solder joint and all the freon leaked out), figured it was a two hour job, asked me about attending to two other customers, left for a short time, and returned to finish the job. Even more pleasing, the repair worked and my refrigerator is operational again. He assured me there would be no further charges.
