Martin to the rescue! Technician arrived to a screeching dryer when in use. He found the issue, replaced the part and cleaned up. Very professional and respectful employee. He also did a maintence to my washer and gave me tips to clean it regularly.

Technician fixed the problem with dryer that was making a loud screeching noise. It was fixed it in a quick manner. It was very friendly. I had an extended warranty, so it was at no cost to me.

Manuel was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable! He diagnosed the problem with our oven right away and provided a very reasonable estimate (the price was only about 20% higher than when we replaced the same part in 2008). He ordered the part during the service call on Dec 26, the part arrived on Dec 27, and Manuel returned to install the new part on Dec 29. Our oven is nearly 27 years old and we are grateful to keep it for many years to come, thanks to Manuel 😊

Andrew T is the best technician we ever had from Sears!!! He assessed the problem quickly and correctly fixed it! Previous service provider in January had preferred a replacement piece and said it would require two people to fix it, so needless to say it wasn’t done. Andrew on the other hand did it himself and didn’t need to order anything!! He’s a gem!!
