Mark did a great job repairing the broken on/off knob on my a/c. Thanks to his persistence in figuring out a way to repair the broken knob, I did not have to replace the air conditioner. My sincere thanks to Mark for his patience and kindness.

This is the third attempt to fix our washing machine and also the third month of going without laundry to ask me how I feel about fixing the problem is unreasonable. Three sets of technicians have been to my house. Four orders of parts have been delivered. We pay a huge amount of money each year to ensure against this. The technicians are the least of the problem. The management of the program seems to be the head of it, they are not willing to deal with the technicians or the customers.
