I replied to your feedback request & gave your serviceman 5 stars, but you replied to my feedback informing me that it was not complete so let me give you a further account of my experience: My washer has been in disrepair since Oct. 26, 2023. There were numerous calls made to you. Your telephone operators have been empathetic, and your repairmen did their best to accommodate me; however, their hands are tied because your business office sucks!!! You have caused me much anguish. Now that my washer is in working condition after nearly 5 months of disrepair, and I AM thankful, I would like to let you know your system needs much improvement. In this busy world that we live in, taking 5 months to resolve a problem is unacceptable!

Matthew has excelent customer service, took the time to explained everything that he did, took the time to check and clean the dryer something that the previous technician didn’t do and went above and beyond to help us getting the services that we needed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ this is what he deserves .. thank you Matthew !!!
