I thought Martin, the service technician, did a very fine job of fixing the refrigerator. I thought he took time to inspect and fix all things needing cleaning and maintenance.

the service rep called and told us he was on his way. That's good. He arrive, went right to work diagnosing the issue and started the repair. He left and hour and a half later after testing the new pump and making sure it was working properly. Very nice!

Problem: my drip pan under the refrigerator was overflowing onto the floor. Jasmine, the Sears repair person, did a terrific job. She correctly diagnosed the problem as a leaking plastic water supply hose, which had a crack in a plastic fitting at the end. She replaced that special hose with a piece of plain plastic hose which does not have the fitting to crack - a superior upgrade. I'd had an independent repair person in just prior to this who told me I needed a whole new Sealed Refrigerant System under the 5-year warranty. Needless to say I was glad the repair was simpler.
