Manny was very professional, personable and knowledgeable about the microwave. He was quiet, timely and thorough and informed of the extended warranty service and proper maintenance of the microwave.

The maintenance person conducted a professional check up on our dishwasher and outside refrigerator and answered my questions satisfactorily.

The young men who worked on our fridge did a good job ---- no recurring problems yet --- but, just as importantly, they were conscientious and courteous.

This was a really pleasant experience. The online appointment process was very simple. Sears called several times to confirm, and as the technician was en route I could follow his vehicle on a map. He was very polite, and quickly identified the problem with our washer(a broken door switch). He had a replacement in his truck and soon installed it. He then offered a special on cleaning the drier, which turned out to be very timely after 15 years of operating! If only all service calls were like this!

I called Sears Appliance Repair to repair my GE Profile range and the team that arrived was just great! They diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it. They were on time and very efficient.

Komy was prompt and very helpful. He even checked our washer and dryer and suggested that we have the washer serviced because the agitator was not engaging properly. He was great.
