THE TECH WAS VERY GOOD & THE 8 DAY WAIT WAS TOO LONG

The Repairman was polite and knowledgeable and did a thorough job of diagnosing the washer and listening to my description of the problem. I was pleased with his knowledge of the issue and his resolution of my problem.

The young man who repaired our dryer was friendly and polite and did an excellent job.

We were not experiencing any problems with the washing machine, but because our warranty was about to expire we thought it best to have it checked out. No problems in making the appointment. Technician was efficient and polite. Two weeks prior to the washing machine visit we had someone come out to look at the frigerator. Very happy with both experiences.

The two remotes of my Samsung TV died suddenly. I called Samsung and the experience was bad, they just wanted me to order two new remotes and do nothing else. Then I called Sears because I bought the TV from them, they send in the serviceman on the next day and order the remote sensor and circuit board for me immediately. Sears guy came again once I received the new parts and installed them for me and everything works perfect again. Extremely good service! Sears, Thank you!
