We were not experiencing any problems with the washing machine, but because our warranty was about to expire we thought it best to have it checked out. No problems in making the appointment. Technician was efficient and polite. Two weeks prior to the washing machine visit we had someone come out to look at the frigerator. Very happy with both experiences.

The two remotes of my Samsung TV died suddenly. I called Samsung and the experience was bad, they just wanted me to order two new remotes and do nothing else. Then I called Sears because I bought the TV from them, they send in the serviceman on the next day and order the remote sensor and circuit board for me immediately. Sears guy came again once I received the new parts and installed them for me and everything works perfect again. Extremely good service! Sears, Thank you!

The man who came was very neat clean and very thorough. He explained all he was going to do and answered my questions. I was happy that I got a quick appointment. The gentleman was able to finally find the problem and make the appropriate recommendation which was to replace unit which was covered by insurance.

In response to your request for rating, on a scale of 1 - 10: a 10!!!!! And an A+ for a sense of humor. The noise from my relatively new Kitchen Aide was due to a Corning Ware bowl and lid rattling. Nolan and I had a good laugh over the discovery. Thanks. DC
