Excellent service as the young man answered all of my questions and explained all the maintenance steps. Before leaving he gave me options on how to keep the washer drum clean.

The repair person was very professional, well spoken, and took care of my 'frozen' ice cube maker. He cleaned up after his work was complete and I was happy.

The actual service was great! The process of trying to book with a virtual agent was a drag. I tried twice. Some how each agent wasn’t able to secure the date I wanted even though they said I was booked. I recommend booking online without the help of the virtual agent on the chat feature.
