Andrew T is the best technician we ever had from Sears!!! He assessed the problem quickly and correctly fixed it! Previous service provider in January had preferred a replacement piece and said it would require two people to fix it, so needless to say it wasn’t done. Andrew on the other hand did it himself and didn’t need to order anything!! He’s a gem!!

Andrey repaired my oven. It needed a new igniter. He worked very hard on it because my oven is in a tight location. I appreciated everything that he did. He was very professional and kind.
