I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to book an appointment quickly online. I got numerous reminders about the appointment as well as earlier appointments if desired. The service call price was clearly stated. The serviceman Nilesh contacted me when he was on his way. There was a faint noise coming from my 22 year old gas dryer that I wanted to have checked out. Fortunately the noise was nothing that needed fixing. Nilesh didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He instructed me on what to watch out for in terms of what would need to be repaired or replaced. I would definitely use Sears again in the future.

Both repair people were prompt and we had excellent communication. The igniter for the oven arrived to our home earlier than expected.

Ramón is professional, knowledgeable,, meticulous efficient, courteous and punctual. He quickly fixed the issues left by previous incompetent sears technician that left our stove unusable because he caused a gas leak by reassembling the stove incorrectly. Highly recommended Ramón.

Nilesh was great. He came on time, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. There must be a flaw in the part. The part was a drain pump and we just had it replaced 15 months ago.
