A good, smart technician who was very quick to diagnose the problem as a probably-clogged hose, which was not within his purview, but he told me how to get someone to fix it. Considering it was a free housecall with my service contract, I have no complaints.

We needed a refrigerator for our apartment because it did not come furnished with one. My wife bought one off a friend. It's a Whirlpool thats 15 years old. The bottom refrigerator part didnt work. Called Sears, and the repair man found the drain clogged. He de-iced the top and cleaned the drain out. It was awesome watching him work. We needed to get by and could not afford a new refrigerator right now. Thanks to Sears and their Technician, we are able to save food and money because we dont have to eat out all the time. And we can get by because they got our 15 year old refrigerator working again.
