Our Sears repair man arrived on time and was very friendly. He took the time to check out our complaint, trouble shoot and repair the problem in our washer. He also did a maintenence on our dryer. We were very happy with his service!

The repair engineer called twice to say that he is behind schedule so I knew when to expect him. When he arrived at 7:30 p.m., he was very efficient in diagnosing the problem and got the dishwasher working within 10 min. He was also cheerful and pleasant. I am very pleased with his visit.
