The service repairman (...oh I'm sorry, repair person...) was very professional, knowledgeable and gave some valuable preventive maintenance suggestions. Experience couldn't have been better.

Service technicians called to let me know they were on the way. They were clean and did not object when I asked them to put the slippers on because I had just had the carpet cleaned. They ran a trial run and said there was not a problem , but did tell me of another possible problem not associated with the dishwasher. They were honest and knowledgeable.
