I am very pleased with the Sears Appliance Technician who came to perform maintenance on my LG French Door Refrigerator. He was on time and professional. All kitchen appliances came with the home I bought, and I wanted to have the fridge inspected. I purchased an air filter & water filter in advance of his visit so he could change them while here. He not only changed them, he showed me how to do it for the future - I really appreciate that! He also answered my questions about my fridge. And I was over the moon happy that he pulled the fridge out from the wall and thoroughly vacuumed the backside & underneath of fridge and the walls surrounding all three sides - that was wonderful, previous owners had dogs and there was a LOT of dog hair all underneath. He even wiped the floor behind the fridge, and when he replaced it into proper position, he CLEANED THE FLOOR in front of the fridge. Cant tell you how happy I am! He reset the temperatures of the fridge & freezer compartments, as they were not quite at recommended levels. I am grateful for and delighted with the excellent service!
