I am very happy with the excellent service !! The tecnicians know what are they doing!!! so I gave 5 stars, BUT this is the five time my washwer is repair I hope that i will have anew one next time!! SAMSUNG is bad

Kept me posted about arrival time. Repairman was polite and knowledgeable. Didn't find anything wrong with my dishwasher but gave me advice about products to use and they worked! My dishes are getting clean again.
